These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Day Three, including the mobile application, website, subscriptions, AI Scripture features, widgets, and related services (together, the "Services").

By downloading, accessing, or using Day Three, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Day Three. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Day Three is a Bible reading, spiritual discipline, devotional, and AI-assisted Scripture study app. Features may include:

Day Three may offer a Premium subscription. Current in-app subscription terms:
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.
We may change subscription features, pricing, trial availability, and offers as permitted by Apple and applicable law. If Apple requires consent for a price increase, Apple will request it through its own subscription flow. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
The app includes a Restore Purchases option to restore Premium access on supported devices.
You may submit text, prompts, scanned images, reflections, gratitude entries, feedback, and other content ("User Content"). You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have the rights needed to provide it.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Day Three a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and use User Content solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services and to generate responses you request.
Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, exploitative, deceptive, or otherwise violates these Terms.
Day Three uses artificial intelligence to generate Scripture explanations and study responses. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate. You should evaluate AI output carefully and compare it with Scripture and trusted human guidance.
Day Three is not a church, pastor, therapist, doctor, attorney, financial adviser, or emergency service. The Services are not a substitute for professional counseling, pastoral care, medical care, mental health care, legal advice, or emergency help.
If you are in danger or experiencing a crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

Day Three currently uses the King James Version (KJV) Bible text, which is in the public domain. Day Three's app design, original story content, explanations, interface, collections, and other original materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
Study materials and AI responses are provided for educational and devotional purposes only and should not be treated as authoritative doctrine.
Day Three and its licensors own all rights in the Services, including software, design, branding, original written content, graphics, interfaces, and features, except for public domain Bible text and content owned by third parties.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Day Three for personal, non-commercial purposes.
If you send feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.
The Services may rely on Apple, RevenueCat, Google Gemini or other AI providers, Expo, hosting providers, and other third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
Apple is not responsible for the Services, support, claims, or third-party claims related to Day Three, except as required by applicable Apple terms. If Day Three uses Apple's standard end user license agreement, that agreement may also apply.
You may stop using Day Three at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or harm, misuse the Services, or if required by law.
After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Day Three disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee that the Services or AI outputs will be accurate, complete, secure, error-free, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Day Three and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Day Three for the Services in the 12 months before the claim arose; or (b) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Day Three and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your User Content, misuse of the Services, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Yerevan, Republic of Armenia, unless applicable law provides you a different mandatory venue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice in the app or through another appropriate method. Continued use of Day Three after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
